At HBSS, we keep it simple: every new install comes with 12 months warranty, so you’re covered for any faults, as long as you keep your setup the same.
✅One-off, ad-hoc visit — booked when you need us. Covers things like: • Help if you change your broadband provider or WiFi name & need the app reconnecting • New phone? We’ll reload your app • Checking a fault or swapping a camera ✅Included in your first 12 months warranty for faults that aren’t caused by changes you make (like changing WiFi). ✅Small call-out fee applies for changes you make yourself — e.g. new broadband, new phone, or if you didn’t take out a maintenance plan.

✅Planned annual check-up for peace of mind. ✅Only for customers on a yearly maintenance contract. ✅What we do: • Full system health check — cameras or alarm sensors • Test power supply, cabling, backups • Check app logins & remote viewing • Clean camera lenses, check fixings • Spot any wear & tear ✅Small extra fee, but cheaper than surprise call-outs later
